Join Chris Ware in his first visit to Vancouver for a discussion around his latest work, Rusty Brown. The panel will be held on Tuesday November 19th, at 7PM, at the Vancouver Central Library.
Ware is a well respected graphic novelist, most commonly known for his comics Jimmy Corrigan, the Smartest Kid on Earth, and Acme Novelty Library.
Ware is a continuously innovate creator, telling important personal works in new fascinating ways. His latest graphic novel engages in a telling of the honest complexities of the human condition and exploring anxieties and triumphs. Robin McConnell, President of VanCAF will host. This free event is run by the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival with support from the Vancouver Public Library, Pulp Fiction books and University of British Columbia Creative Writing.
